High-Level Heritage Craftsmanship – St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Benalla

The Challenge:

Conservation and repair of 100+ year-old solid plaster and render walls and ceilings up to 8m high, addressing structural movement damage. Expert work included repairing hand-moulded decorative arches, managing decay and delamination, and converting legacy oil-based coatings to modern, high-adhesion water-based systems for long-term durability.
